O&M Manager

Adapture Renewables, Inc. is seeking an O&M Manager to join their Asset Management team to drive efforts towards delivery on their ambitious long-term goals. The O&M Manager will be responsible for monitoring utility-scale projects, issuing work orders, and managing spare parts inventories, among other duties.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in solar required. Utility scale strongly preferred.
• Solar installation/construction and O&M experience.
• Good communication skills, high level of organization, and being detail oriented.
• Basic computer skills, ability to use MS Office software and manage department network directory/folders.
