Mini Crew Foreman

ADB is seeking a Foreman to join our wireline team and provide proficient level manual laborer and equipment operations. This position will lead the installation of fiber optic cable for various telecommunication projects.

Requirements

• Proficient with utility print and map reading
• Has performed at least 1 year of independent operating of various equipment (directional drill, mini, plow, hydro, etc.); fully trained in all safety regulations of operating heavy equipment
• Supports and leads the setup and shut down of utility construction projects including traffic control in various conditions
• Trains other construction crew members on fiber installation practices, print reading, equipment operations, OSHA requirements, etc.
• Loads and unloads materials and equipment in from vehicles at construction yards and jobsites
• Leads by example, ensures safety rules/regulations are followed, and can lead others on jobsites
• Performs OTJ training with Senior Foreman and/or Supervisors to grow skills in the utility construction trade
• Performs other position duties when requested
