Rock Drill Foreman - Travel

ADB Companies is seeking a Foreman to join our wireline team and provide proficient level manual laborer and equipment operations. This position will lead the installation of fiber optic cable for various telecommunication projects. This is an ideal position for someone looking to grow their career in the utility construction industry.

Requirements

• Proficient-level manual labor and operations
• Proficient with utility print and map reading
• Has performed at least 1 year of independent operating of various equipment
• Supports and leads the setup and shut down of utility construction projects
• Safety is the expectation, always leads and follows the required safety practices
• Has professionalism to communicate directly with customers, subcontractors, homeowners, etc.
• Trains other construction crew members on fiber installation practices, print reading, equipment operations, OSHA requirements, etc.
• Loads and unloads materials and equipment in from vehicles at construction yards and jobsites
• Leads by example, ensures safety rules/regulations are followed, and can lead others on jobsites
