Job Description
Join Our Mission to Foster Prosperity in Asia as a Senior Investment Officer, providing technical support and coordination in identifying ADB's private sector investment opportunities and processing the investments up to financial close, with a specific focus on the health and education sectors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business administration or relevant fields preferably with Master's degree or equivalent
- At least 8 years work experience, preferably in corporate finance, investment banking or private equity, working on transactions in the health and/or education sectors, and at least 4 years of supervisory experience
- Proven ability to undertake research and analysis on difficult but well-defined tasks, collect and organize required data and information, apply appropriate IT skills in organizing and analyzing the data
- Good analytical thinking with the ability to comprehend causal links, make pros and cons analysis, and analyze factors to reach a decision
- Able to work collaboratively with teams as a constructive team member
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
