Executive Investment Banker

The Corporate, Wealth & Investment Banking Group is seeking an Executive Investment Banker to lead origination, structuring, and execution of complex financing solutions across Corporate & Leveraged Finance / Structured Finance / Project Finance.

Requirements

• Strong experience in structuring roles focused on structured finance or investment banking roles with a focus on credit analysis
• Demonstrated ability to originate and execute complex transactions
• High proficiency in financial modelling, credit assessment, documentation mechanics, and negotiation
• Strong stakeholder management across Coverage, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Syndicate and external counterparties
• A leadership mindset: ability to run mandates, raise standards, and develop talent
