We are seeking a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to lead the company's surveying functions and support Acquisitions, Design, Permitting, and Construction of Aro's precision-engineered single-family homes in Mountain View, San Jose, and broader Silicon Valley.

Requirements

• Active California PLS license
• 5–10 years professional experience in land surveying; infill residential or small-lot work strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, GPS/RTK systems, and total station workflows
• Deep familiarity with Santa Clara County and San Mateo County parcel data, utilities, and city standards
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment; strong cross-functional communication
