Job Description
Addepar is seeking a Talent Operations Manager to lead a global team of Recruiting Coordinators and strengthen the operational foundation of their Talent Acquisition function. The role requires 5-8 years of experience in Talent/Recruiting Operations or Program Management, including 1-3 years of team management experience.
Requirements
- 5-8 years in Talent/Recruiting Operations or Program Management
- 1-3 years managing teams (global or multi-region preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, Workday, Ashby or similar ATS/HRIS
- Strong process and operational focus
- Analytical, comfortable using dashboards and metrics to inform decisions
- Clear communicator, able to train, influence, and align distributed teams
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-growing global environment
