Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Data Science roles
• Deep theoretical understanding of machine learning algorithms
• History of building and scaling personalization engines
• Proven track record in deploying models that improve user discovery or conversion
• Direct experience navigating complexities of two-sided marketplaces or high-volume consumer apps
• Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics
