5+ years of experience in finance or a related field, Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business

U.S. person citizenship status, previous experience in machining and quality processes, and understanding of continuous improvement principles

5 years of experience in machining operations supervisory or management role, Associate’s or bachelor’s in manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred

2-year vocational program & 3 yrs work exp. Ability to program/code CNC and work in factory environment. Safety adherence & teamwork skills required

2+ years work exp. in a CNC program. Proficient in Siemens NX and SolidWorks. SolidWorks experience with assembly and nesting is key. Safety and team work a must

5-7 years of previous injection molding/ mold building experience, High School diploma or equivalent required, Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, materials, and tooling

3-5 years of experience in HR generalist, interviewing, and talent assessment; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Management, or related field
