Job Description
The Machining Manufacturing Manager will lead day-to-day shop operations, overseeing CNC, manual machining and Coils, managing schedules, ensuring safety, quality, and mentoring machinists.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain daily/weekly production schedules
- Supervise and Mentor machinist personnel
- Supervise machining shift leads, CNC programmers, machinist, operators
- Coordinate maintenance and ensure uptime
- Implement lean initiatives to optimize workflow
- Track KPIs (efficiency, scrap, downtime) and share metrics with management
- Support RFQs, labor estimates, and part quoting
- Address technical queries and update clients on progress
- Review of all procedures related to your job per “HR LG 01 Training Matrix”
- Completion within time stated of all training required by Job Description in “HR LG 01 Training Matrix”
