COO

SpoBik is the largest player in the Nordic region for cycling and part of the WeSports Group. We are looking for a business-driven and operationally strong COO to lead and develop the cycling business forward.

Requirements

• Business acumen combined with a strong strategic analytical ability.
• Experience of working in organizations with a high pace of change and growth.
• A secure and experienced leader with documented experience of building organizations and driving business with full P&L responsibility.
• Relevant higher education or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in e-commerce and/or retail is highly meritorious.
• Swedish and English in speech and writing.
