Requirements
- Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months-1 year
- Ability to close own calls
- Good convincing and sales skills
- Knowledge of BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS
- Troubleshooting experience with Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad
