Requirements

• Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months-1 year
• Ability to close own calls
• Good convincing and sales skills
• Knowledge of BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad
