- Must have experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months-1 year
- Must know how to close their own calls
- Must have good convincing and sales skills
- Knowledge about BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad
