The candidate should have good communication skills in English, experience in troubleshooting technical issues, and flexibility to work in night shifts.

Requirements

• 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad
• Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution
• Should be flexible working in night shifts
