Customer Care Executive

The position of Customer Care Executive is available for an Outbound Voice Process, with requirements including making calls to customers, surveying, and having excellent English communication skills.

Requirements

• 10+2/10+3 years Diploma pass or Graduate/Post Graduate
• Basic knowledge in computer, including shortcut keys, toggling between windows, and typing
• Typing Speed: 12-15 WPM / 85 accuracy
• Flexible to work till mid night
• Age bar: 18 years and above, maximum 35 yrs
