Requirements

• Experience: 1year to 5years in Technical support(Computers,Printers and Router support in BPO)
• Technical support Sales (outbound/Inbound) experience preferable
• Must have good Communication skill
• Should have knowledge in call closing and Sales for tech support
• Flexible for Night shift
