Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad
• Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution
• Flexibility to work in night shifts
• Excellent Communication Skill in English
• 6 months experience in Outbound or Inbound for Inbound Tech Support Process
• Ability to close own calls
• Age limit 18 - 35
• Ability to take payments through different gateways
