Requirements
- 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad
- Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution
- Flexible working in night shifts
