Requirements

• 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad.
• Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution.
• Flexibility to work in night shifts.
