Requirements

• 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution
• Must know how to close their own calls
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad
• Flexible working in night shifts
