Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO
• Ability to close own calls
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to computer, printer, broadband, router, email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad
• Flexibility to work in night shifts
