Adeeba E Services is hiring Inbound Technical Support Executives for US Shift (Night Shift). We provide technology and services to enable consumers, merchants, and other participants to conduct commerce in our ecosystem.
Requirements
- 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO.
- Must know how to close their own calls.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad.
- Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution.
- Should be flexible working in night shifts.
