Job Description
Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced candidate for the Tech Support Associate - Inbound Voice Process position. The role involves receiving inbound calls from customers, analyzing issues, and selling relevant plans and software.
Requirements
- Must have dialled in Outbound Tech process for more than 6 months
- Must be able to close calls and take payments from the customers
- Must be confident in pitching about the service plans to the customers
- Must be very fluent in English
- Must be Comfortable for Night shift
