The role involves handling inbound calls from customers, analyzing issues, and selling relevant plans and software. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, at least 6 months of experience in international outbound, and be comfortable working night shifts.
Requirements
- Must have dialled in Outbound Tech process for more than 6 months
- Must be able to close calls and take payments from the customers
- Must be confident in pitching about the service plans to the customers
- Must be very fluent in English
- Must be Comfortable for Night shift
