The role involves taking inbound calls with printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers, diagnosing the issue, and recommending the best plan. The ideal candidate should have experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months to 1 year, good convincing and sales skills, and knowledge of how to close their own calls.
