Job | Inbound Tech Support for a reputed company in Kolkata - /US Shift.

We are looking for an Inbound Tech Support professional with 1-2 years of experience in International BPO. The candidate should have good communication skills in English, experience in troubleshooting technical issues, and the ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution. The job involves working in night shifts, and immediate joining is preferred.

Requirements

• 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad
