We are seeking a Customer Care Executive with experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills in English, ability to handle customer issues, and experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to computer, printer, broadband, router, email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO
- Ability to close own calls
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to computer, printer, broadband, router, email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad
- Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution
- Flexibility to work in night shifts
