Job Description
Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of online technical support services to consumers and small businesses across a wide range of computing and communications devices and software. The company is seeking a Technical Support candidate to take inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from customers and recommend the best plan to the customer. The successful candidate will also be required to sell technical support plans along with relevant software.
Requirements
- Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 8 months to 1 year
- Ability to close their own calls
- Good convincing skills
- Experience in handling calls of printers, routers and anti viruses
- Excellent Communication Skill
- At least 6 months experience in International Outbound
