Job Description
The Behavioral Health Consultant is responsible for the management of psychosocial aspects of chronic and acute diseases, applying behavioral principles to address lifestyle and health risk issues, and providing consultation and co-management in the co-treatment of mental disorders and psychosocial issues.
Requirements
- Master's degree in the Behavioral Health field (Psychology, Social Work)
- Two years of directly related experience
- Computer literacy
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Certification or certification eligibility as an LCSW Ed.D, Psy.D., LPC or Ph.D.
