Receptionist

The Receptionist will provide excellent clerical and receptionist support for the Center Support Office, coordinating support activities with stakeholders and participating/assisting on projects as needed. The role requires excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• One (1) year of customer service experience
• Excellence in customer service
• Time management skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent verbal, written, communication and problem solving skills
• Initiative, a proactive approach, strong collaboration, flexibility, and problem solving
