Job Description
The Nurse Manager leads a team of care providers in an assigned area(s) cultivating collaboration, enthusiasm, and mutual respect while providing patient care and supportive services directed towards achievement of positive patient care outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Ohio License as RN
- BLS/ACLS certification within 90 days of hire
- Department specific certifications
- De-escalation training within 6 months
- Previous Management/Leadership experience
- Related work experience
