ALTERNANCE : Juriste Propriété Intellectuelle - H/F

ADEO, a European leader in the home improvement and DIY market, is seeking an Intellectual Property Lawyer in alternance to support its transformation into a global home platform. The successful candidate will assist in managing title portfolios, conducting searches, analyzing and processing domain name surveillance, and monitoring web content, among other tasks.

Requirements

• Higher education degree (Master 2) in intellectual property law
• First experience in an internship in a company, a CPI law firm, or a law firm specializing in IP
• Operational in industrial property law and new technologies law
• Familiarity with the Google suite and experience using public databases in intellectual property (INPI, EUIPO, TM View, Whois...)
• Good level of English
