Job Description
As a Sr. Logistics Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation and distribution of goods, coordinating and monitoring logistics operations, and optimizing processes. This role requires proven experience in logistics coordination, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role with international shipments.
- Experience with ERP software especially Great Plains is a plus.
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations, customs procedures, and logistics software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
