- Design the digitalization of public administration
- Consulting Teamwork: Conceptual consulting for digitalization of organizations, optimization of IT-supported business processes through innovations and technologies.
- Analyze and document requirements: You take in, evaluate, prioritize, and document professional requirements in complex environments at the interface between departments and IT.
- Accompany project implementation from kick-off to retro: You advise and accompany projects using classical and agile project management models and support in project planning and quality assurance.
