Lead Software Engineer for GenAI-Engineering, responsible for leading Dev teams technically and implementing AI-supported delivery, quality, and velocity. Develops AI services and coaches developers on responsible AI use.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background with several years of experience as a software developer
- Experience as a Lead Dev, Tech Lead, or Principal Engineer
- Completed degree in an IT-related field
- Very good knowledge of Java/Spring Boot/Quarkus or TypeScript/React/Angular/Vue core stacks
- Clean code, testing, and CI/CD experience
- AI tooling experience with AI-supported development
- Architecture and DevOps understanding
- Lean and pragmatic approach to agent-based software development
- Mentoring mindset with language skills in German and English
