Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to lead data science projects, design and implement models and solutions, and coach colleagues. The role involves working on impactful projects, contributing to the development of the field, and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, MLOps, and data platforms.
Requirements
- Completed master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in consulting or project environments
- Experience leading data science trajectories from scoping to production
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning, statistics, and AI applications
- Advanced Python skills and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras
- Experience with MLOps and CI/CD principles (Git, containerization, dependency management)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, dbt)
- Practical experience with LLMs and tools for generative AI
- Strong communication skills
