Optimize IT and Enterprise Service Management from IT organizations with a broad outlook and drive their reorientation forward. Take on projects for performance enhancement of IT/Organization and develop implementable solutions with a focus on Enterprise Service Management.

Requirements

• Completed studies with a focus on business, computer science, or comparable qualification.
• At least five years of consulting experience in the field of Enterprise Service Management or IT Service Management, as well as digital transformation and optimization of IT organizations.
• Sound experience with the use of frameworks (e.g. ITIL, Scrum), project management methods, and knowledge of major technology trends.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and communicative skills as well as a high degree of self-initiative.
• Very good German and good English skills.
