As Competence Center Manager, you will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of a consulting team with a focus on IT service and process management, developing innovative consulting services, and creating and implementing operating concepts for the strategic realignment of organizations.
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer science or equivalent qualification
- Long-standing professional experience in IT consulting with a focus on IT operation and IT service management
- Leadership experience and the ability to lead a team based on motivation and trust
- Comprehensive experience in leading customer projects in IT service management and IT process management combined with industry knowledge and the use of common standards and best practices
- Comprehensive knowledge of current requirements in regulation, requirement engineering, and business process management in customer projects
- Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial thinking
