Requirements

• Completed insurance business studies or comparable professional experience
• Several years of experience in the commission field and intermediary management of a first insurance company
• Experience in project work and preferably also software development
• Experience in working out product visions and strategies
• Well-developed communication skills, analytical thinking, and abstraction ability
