Project Accountant

Project Accountant role at Adi Development Group, working on multi-million dollar development projects, partnering with Construction PMs, Sales & Marketing, and senior leadership to keep every dollar on track.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project accounting experience in construction or real estate development
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a closely related field
• CPA designation (complete or in progress)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong budget monitoring and variance analysis chops
• Solid grounding in GAAP and Canadian tax regulations
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Sage experience is a plus)
• Sharp eye for detail paired with exceptional organizational skills
• A proactive mindset
