Job Description
Collaborate with various departments to understand business priorities, establish roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams to drive business objectives. Lead and develop Product Owners to deliver desired business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Computer Science / Engineering
- At least 6 years of experience in Process Control systems, industrial automation, or related industries
- Atleast 3-5 years in a product Manager / Owner role
- Experience with developing software products in multiple platforms with PC, web or cloud technology stack
- Experience with ISO certified processes and audits, secure lifecycle development, and/or development of software products for use in a SIL environment
- People management experience that leads by example in delivering results and strong sense of ownership and accountability
