Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our production operations in Pathumthani. The Production Manager will manage all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring operational efficiency, upholding product quality, and leading a team of dedicated production staff.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field
- Must have experience in the food industry
- Solid experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing setting
- Deep understanding of production processes, quality control, and Lean manufacturing
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with robust interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both Thai and English (Intermediate level or above)
- Knowledge of food processing machinery and operational expertise
