Job Description
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the operation and revenue of multiple floors, ensuring guests have an amazing experience and meeting company standards. This role requires a natural hospitality charm and leadership skills to manage food & beverage operations, revenue, and team members.
Requirements
- Thai Nationality
- 3+ years experience as a restaurant manager
- Proven track record of leading a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation
- Excellent revenue & cost management
- Excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills
- Leadership, coaching and staff development experience
- Flexibility to work outside office hours (weekends and holidays)
