Job Description
Build, develop, manage and lead sales team, develop sales plan and target, monitor and follow up to achieve sales target, and maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales management or leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record of sales success and team leadership
