Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Accounting Executive to assist in finance and budgeting, and perform various accounting and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets
- Track and report on financial performance
- Help forecast future financial requirements
- Perform data entry and file management related to accounting
- Coordinate with internal departments on financial matters
- Assist with audit preparation and document submission
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and regulations
