The role of a Senior Relationship Manager - Wealth Coverage is responsible for driving client acquisition and managing relationships within the Priority and Private Banking segments. The role involves identifying and engaging high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals both locally and internationally.
Requirements
- Proactively source NTB clients within the Priority and Private Banking segments
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
- Develop a personalized approach to client acquisition by understanding clients' financial goals, needs, and risk profiles
- Engage with potential clients via targeted outreach, leveraging internal and external networks
- Promote and sell a full range of wealth management products
- Source and cross-sell liability products and mortgages to clients
- Collaborate with product specialists, credit teams, and other internal resources to develop bespoke solutions for clients
- Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation, compliance, and KYC are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Achieve assigned targets related to client acquisition, wealth revenues and portfolio growth
