• Supervises and provides support in various store tasks
• Leads, motivates assigned team members, and supports the recruitment and training of other team members
• Drives our service model and retail operational rhythm
• Collaborates with the execution and follow-up of digital initiatives
• Supports the store manager in training the team on all sales and omnichannel tools and solutions
• Completes all applicable training programs
