Senior Manager - Legal Counsel

The Senior Manager - Legal Counsel will support the Senior Director, Legal and Compliance, South East Asia and Pacific, and focus on all types of legal and compliance matters and advice in Thailand and one or more countries within the South East Asia (SEA) cluster.

Requirements

• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts and correspondence
• Providing legal support and advice on various issues in the company's daily business and operations
• Representing the company at hearings, conciliations, employment disputes and the like
• Participating in and/or leading legal projects and initiatives, and coordinating cross-function and/or cross-border efforts
• Monitoring changes and developments in the legal and regulatory environment in the SEA markets
