Job Description
Drives store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales targets and controlling operational expenses; managing all resources within the store to provide customers with a leading shopping experience; and leading the execution of effective and efficient store operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years of work experience in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment with a minimum of 12 months of Store Management responsibility
- Intermediate numeracy and literacy and advanced verbal communication skills
- Related University Degree or 3-year Diploma
- Intermediate in MS Office Applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint; and Outlook
- Good command in oral and written Bahasa Indonesia
- Intermediate English in oral and written
